Greetings to the website of the new and ever ruminating Cult - The Cult of the Hollow Cow.

Disciples featured herein have taken MOO in real ways to their classrooms.

The Earthen Vessels featured by our cultists were made lovingly by our resident artist Heidi Cooper and are known to turn hot water into a really refreshing beverage (with the addition of coffee, tea and other dairy-based products)

Vader

This dark lord is skilled in the ways of the force, and uses the natural attraction of terraMOO to lure learners (Year 7's) to The Death Star (and their MOO-classroom, The Imperial Senate).

Vader (Mr Tim Stephens) has done some wonderful things with his students and continues to spread the good word.

He has been awarded the first of the "Hollow Cows" for his dedication and lunacy to give it a go

KirstenA

Kirsten is a pioneer in the use of Japanese in terraMOO - she is getting students to publish and build suburbs in Japanese and done so with great enthusiasm and skill.

(Mrs Kirsten Allingham) is also using the MOO for her English classes and has pioneered use of VASE in Japanese - nice work and well deserving of a "Hollow Cow" induction.

JanC

Jan is a repeat offender first using MOO as a vehicle to explore Antarctica with Year 6 SOSE, she returned, re-worked the concept and built virtual Antarctica for the SOSErs

HelenC

Helen was the first English teacher to use MOO as a drafting tool - yay - and subsequently has used it as a free-form writing space with year 8 students to illustrate aspects of 1950's life as enrichment for the "Over The Top With Jim" book study

VickiS

Vicki, the College Cultural Director is the first Art teacher to use MOO as a workspace. She had her integrated art students constructing Surreal digital artwork, the students then uploaded this work and annotated it from the artist perspective - yay!

She is a repeat-offender in that she coordinated VASE use for gathering of recipes in the Consultant in Residence programme earlier this year.

She is the first of the College Leadership Team to be inducted into the Cult of the Hollow Cow.
